Rangiora Borough School New Gymnasium

This project involved the construction of a new gymnasium and completion of the surrounding landscaping. The interior fit-out included a fully court marked, timber sprung sports floor. Working within a school site on such a large project created some coordination challenges with diggers and cranes required to operate in order to complete work. Effective management and developing a workable system in the early stages were keys to ensuring a successful project was delivered safely, on time and to a level of quality that exceeded the client’s expectations.
