Midas Place Office

Alterations and reinstatement after fire were completed on an office block at Midas Place for our client KiwiRail. Scope included the demolition of the first floor, strip out of ground floor, upgrade of all services, new aluminium joinery, cladding, internal framing and fit out. Project was completed in February 2022.
