This commercial development was completed in two stages with the first stage being the construction of 5 x two-storey residential office units.  These units were constructed from concrete tilt slab with architectural features to finish the exterior. All units contain a full high end interior fit-out with spaces created for offices downstairs and living or additional offices upstairs.

The second stage was the construction of 4 x two-storey office units with counter-levered upper floors to maximise office space while still retaining sufficient car parking. The construction was completed in a tight compound which allowed the tenants of Stage 1 to continue to conduct their business with minimal interruption. Co-operation and communication were essential to maintain collaboration among all parties and the highest safety levels. The project was completed within budget and on time.
