South Point Development, Faringdon

The new retail shopping centre with 8 tenancies completed within the Faringdon subdivision of Rolleston over a 12-month construction period. This project included our early contractor involvement working with developers from the initial “idea stage” through to completion, allowing us to provide guidance on budget and advice on viable building concepts. The Client was Foster Commercial Ltd., a local, family development company. Other stakeholders included the various tenants that were signed up along the way and various consultants.

We handled all aspects of construction including working with tenants and landlords to ensure their fit-outs were incorporated as seamlessly as possible once tenants were signed up. This allowed for a smooth process and completion of the building to a fully tenanted, operational commercial site. Landscaping and siteworks were also completed and managed by our team.

We are very proud of this completed project and are excited for residents to utilise it for many years to come.
