Wigram Commercial Development

This new warehouse and office development located on Avenger Crescent in Wigram Business Park is the completion of a design and build project that Hann Construction managed, constructed and developed from the initial stages.

Working closely with our Clients, we were able to tailor the internal design of the offices and showrooms to cater for their individual needs. We engaged the design team to ensure all compliance and regulations were met and exceeded within acceptable timeframes to keep the project on track. We worked closely with Simon Thomas from Thomas Associates Architects throughout the entire design process.

Hann Construction were responsible for all aspects of this development from procurement, design engagement, construction and subdivision – completed from initial concept and discussion stage in about 12 months.

The exterior of the two buildings is tied together with the elevation, however, using the black and white ACM cladding allows a distinction between the two properties.

Internally, both buildings are finished with a high level of office fit-out including glazed internal partitions to bring the natural light through, high grade floor coverings, purpose built joinery including Reception Counters (by www.aspenjoinery.co.nz), stainless steel handrails and a good range of electrical and plumbing fittings.
