Chinese Methodist Church Rebuild

This project involved the rebuild of the Church and Hall which were earthquake damaged for the Chinese Methodist Church Community. Located on a prominent site in Christchurch, it was important as the main contractor to safely manage the site. Hann Construction had early involvement which ensured that all parties were part of the same vision. Alternative ideas were discussed in the design stage to allow the client to make informed decisions and enabled us to offer practical solutions and cost savings where possible.

The building includes the church, a separate hall, four classrooms, two offices and a library. Such a multi-purpose building will be a great addition to the community.  This stunning building which includes exposed laminated beams was completed to a high quality standard.
