Papanui RSA – Additions and Alterations

Considerable extensions to the front of the existing Papanui RSA building were completed on this project, including internal alterations to double the floor area and create a new kitchen and dining area. A number of people were involved in the project team for the Client so it was essential for effective communication and co-operation to ensure all parties’ needs were met. All construction work was undertaken while the existing RSA facilities remained open. Many RSA members were present from 11am during work days while the project continued around them in a safe and smooth manner.
