St Albans Uniting Parish

Hann Construction was selected as the successful main contractor to partner with the St Albans Uniting Parish to undertake the demolition and rebuild of their Church and associated facilities. The project ran smoothly from start to finish and was completed within our proposed construction programme. We had an excellent collaborative approach with the Church representatives and the architect – any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and decisions made quickly allowing the project to flow well.

The new Church building is 800m² which encompasses a worship area, multi-purpose hall, commercial kitchen and amenities areas. To allow the new building to proceed we had to demolish the existing building which also had a large portion of asbestos removal – all works were well managed by Hann Construction allowing the project to proceed in a safe and timely manner.
