St Allisa Lifecare Resthome

A significant redevelopment was undertaken at the St Allisa Lifecare Resthome 110 bed facility. The project was spread over 5 areas of the facility with two major areas of work. The first stage involved the construction of a new front entrance, reception and amenities areas. The second stage consisted of shifting the previous administration area and constructing two new suites, bathroom facilities, staff room and offices.

Because the facility remained open and fully operational, it was essential to work closely with management and staff to manage interruptions and maintain safety and security of the residents, their families, staff and management. In consideration of those with health issues, we were conscious to keep disruption, dust and noise to a minimum.
