Breens Intermediate

Hann Construction completed a redevelopment early in 2020 marking an almost complete rebuild of the school icnluding constructing 14 new spaces, refurbishing 6 rooms and the demolition of 12 existing teaching spaces. The new classroom blocks have structural steel frames, concrete foundation and floor slab with timber framed walls. A new warm roof system provides an excellent thermal envelope while also reducing noise for the teaching spaces.

We then returned to the school at the end of 2020 to complete a new technology block. Two relocatable buildings were transported from offsite and installed at Breens Intermediate. A new annex was constructed to form a connection, along with redevelopment and site works.
