A sophisticated and intricate residential build was completed in the Cashmere Hills. Projects in the hills always add a level of complication and require appropriate planning.

This residence is a cedar clad house with split levels constructed to a high level of engineering in accordance with post-earthquake standards. Features including the maple ply celling and oak floors give the interior a nice soft, homely feel.

The architecturally designed house was finished to an exceptionally high standards with close attention to detail for our valued clients.
