Park Lane Retirement Village Stage 2 and 3

Completion: Stage 2 in July 2014 and Stage 3 in June 2015

Hann Construction was engaged to construct eight new high spec Villas at Park Lane Retirement Village as part of Stages Two and Three in the development. The Villas are located either side of the main entrance to the care facility which is at the rear of the site. This was a congested site, located on Whiteleigh Avenue one of the busiest roads in Christchurch.

All villas were completed to a high standard with quality being of the utmost importance. 

The basis for success was the appropriate guidance of subcontractors as well as establishing a collaborative relationship with regular communication between the Clients, Project Manager and Hann Construction.
