West Melton School New Classroom Block

Hann Construction was engaged to complete the construction of a new two storey building with a large open multi-purpose space on ground level and four new classrooms on the first floor at West Melton School.

Due to a tight budget, this project required early contractor involvement with the Architect to effectively work under a Guaranteed Maximum Price format and ensure the project could be delivered encompassing the school’s requirements and budget.
